HEAVY BODY ACRYLIC
This is high viscosity, pigment-rich professional acrylic colour, ideal for impasto and texture. With a high concentration of lightfast artist-quality pigment and a satin finish, Heavy Body Acrylic gives you rich, permanent colour, with crisp brush strokes and knife marks. Available in 105 colours and fully intermixable with all Liquitex products.
It’s also safe to use. Heavy Body colours are independently tested by the Art and Creative Materials Institute at Duke University, and hold the Approved Safety (AP) seal*. This means they are certified to contain no materials in sufficient quantities to be toxic or harmful to humans, or to cause health problems.

Liquitex have developed the first cadmium-free acrylics that provide parity performance to genuine cadmium paints.
All the Liquitex cadmium-free colours have been fully tested at the Art and Creative Materials Institute, Inc.. They are certified as AP - and are safe and certified in a toxicological evaluation by a qualified expert to contain no materials in sufficient quantities to be toxic or injurious to humans, including children, or to cause acute or chronic health problems.
